關(guān)于瑞福德更換外部審計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)的事項(xiàng)披露
德勤華永會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所（特殊普通合伙）自2013年-2020年已連續(xù)8年擔(dān)任瑞福德外部審計(jì)，現(xiàn)因服務(wù)年限達(dá)到上限，瑞福德經(jīng)公司內(nèi)部選聘程序并經(jīng)董事會(huì)審批，2021年選聘安永華明會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)（特殊普通合伙）上海分所為外部審計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)，聘期一年。安永華明是一家總部位于英國(guó)倫敦的跨國(guó)性專業(yè)服務(wù)公司，為四大會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所之一，在金融業(yè)擁有較為豐富的審計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
瑞福德對(duì)德勤華永8年來(lái)提供的外部審計(jì)服務(wù)表示感謝。
Disclosure on FAF's replacement of external auditors
Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA LLP (special ordinary partnership) has been 8 years since 2013-2020 as FAF's external audit. Now because of the length of service to limit, after the company's internal selection process and the approval of the board of Directors, FAF appoint Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP (Special General partnership) Shanghai Branch as the external auditor in 2021 for one year. Ernst & Young Hua Ming is a multinational professional services company headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It is one of the big Four accounting firms with rich audit experience in the financial industry.
FAF thanked Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu for its eight years of external audit services.
