Congratulations to Fortune Auto Finance Co., Ltd. (the "company" or "FAF") for the successful issuance of RMB3 billion "Xin Rong 2021-2 Retail Auto Mortgage Loan Securitization" in the interbank bond market on August 10, 2021. In this ABS project, the company continued to involve international rating arrangements and adopted the revolving purchase structure for the first time, which significantly optimized the overall debt structure.
